Public hearing on rezoning petition RZ-2026-07

A landowner has asked to rezone 38.2 acres on County Road 200 West from farmland to light industrial use, to build two warehouses. The Area Plan Commission will hear the request on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 6 p.m. Anyone may speak at the hearing or send a written comment.

  2. Send a written comment by noon on Wednesday, October 14, to planning@larchcounty.example, or by mail to the Area Plan Commission, 400 Court Street, Room 210, Larch Crossing.
  3. Read the full petition in Room 210, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
