For purchasing staff

Easy to buy, easy to justify

Whether you need three quotes or a formal RFP, we give your purchasing office what it needs to evaluate us and file the award.

Under your small-purchase threshold

Request a quote

Many website projects fall below the threshold where a written quote is enough. We send a fixed-price quote with scope, timeline and deliverables on one page, ready to put next to two others, with one-time costs and yearly costs shown separately.

Indiana local units: state law lets a city, town, county, township or district buy services by whatever procedure it considers appropriate, so many small purchases need only quotes, not a formal RFP. Check your unit’s own purchasing policy for its limits.

Federal buyers: purchases up to $15,000 can be made as micro-purchases, including by purchase card (the threshold rose on October 1, 2025).

Send us your RFP

We respond to RFPs, RFQs and RFIs posted on your own website or your bidding portal. Invite us directly and we will confirm receipt the same business day.

We list any contract exceptions in the proposal itself, as most RFPs require, so there are no surprises at award.

Grant-funded projects

Federal grant dollars

Buying with federal grant funds? Your purchase follows the Uniform Guidance procurement rules (2 CFR 200), and the most restrictive of the local, state and federal rules applies. Our quotes and proposals are written to support that documentation.

Tell us the funding source when you contact us and we will format our quote to match.
