A few useful answers

Before we
get started.

Every site has its own content, history, and team. These are some of the decisions we’ll work through with you.

Ask about your project
Will we be able to edit our own website?

Yes. We plan the content your team needs to manage and provide suitable editing tools and a walkthrough. That might include pages, articles, images, or a set of reusable sections. Access and layout controls depend on the agreed setup.

Do we need a custom theme or a page builder?

We choose the approach around your design, content, budget, and existing setup. WordPress’s block editor can support many editing needs; a block theme also supports site-wide template editing. We’ll explain the tradeoffs before choosing a theme or introducing another editing tool.

Can you rebuild or move an existing website?

We can assess your current site and plan a rebuild or migration. We start by reviewing the content, files, URLs, forms, and integrations that need to move. Redirects and launch checks are part of that plan.

How do you decide which plugins to use?

We start with the requirement, then review the available options for compatibility, ongoing maintenance, accessibility, licensing, and performance. Where an existing plugin fits, we can use it. Where a specific connection needs custom work, we explain the scope and maintenance implications.

Can WordPress connect to our other business tools?

Often, yes. The right approach depends on the tools’ APIs, permissions, and the information you need to exchange. We can review existing connectors or scope a custom integration, including how errors and ongoing changes will be handled.

What happens with hosting and maintenance?

We review your existing hosting or help plan a suitable setup. Before launch, we agree on responsibilities for updates, backups, testing, and support. Hosting fees, paid plugin licenses, and ongoing services are discussed separately so you know what the website needs over time.
